Be the next TerraStar Crew Lead if you:
Ability to assemble or repair oil field equipment using hand and power tools
Have the ability to clean equipment, work sites, and spills
Have the ability to dig holes or trenches
Able to operate pressure washer and other equipment
Are able to lift and/or carry heavy objects
Have the knowledge and ability to perform general construction and excavation skills
Qualifications of the Crew Lead:
Have a Safe Work History
Have a valid Class A Driver’s License
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must be able to pass a background screening
Good verbal communication skills with the ability to instill a “Teamwork” mindset
Constantly display integrity, honesty and respect
